I loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to the main street and a tram stop, which was so convenient for getting around the city. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, but the shower's temperature control could use some improvement. The welcome drink was a nice touch from the service team. Though being woken up early by passing trams near the old station was a downside, the proximity to the football ground and zoo made it easy to explore. The dining experience with cured meat was enjoyable, and the facilities were decent overall.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with poor temperature control in the shower, the beds were cozy, and having a double bed was convenient. However, having a bath was a nice addition. The location was superb, being very close to the tram stop, the central pier, and the tower, making it easy to access everything and take a stroll along the promenade.
